We knew that we had found a gem when Omar Lopez walked in the front door at The Electric Chair with his head full of dreads and his easy charm. He carries an impressive resume, not the least is his being a member of the band B-Side Players, who tour regularly, playing a combination of reggae, salsa and world beat music. Omar is accomplished musician, playing and teaching many instruments, and continueing the honing of his craft with advanced music classes at SDSU.
