Forget traditional music lessons! EMS program will turn learning to play music an enjoyable interaction. We know from experience that the main obstacle of learning an instrument is lack of interest or enjoyment. Pounding nothing but theory into the head of a child can be a lesson in futility. We will spark their interest in music by teaching them to play songs as they learn rhythm, tempo, and chord changes.

Step 1-Students will learn a basic rock song and begin learning to play in their first private 45 minute lesson.

Step 2-Students will be urged to listen to the song, and to practice what they learn at home.

Step 3-In our weekend rehearsal sessions, our group leaders will guide your student, showing them how to work with others to perform songs as a band.

Step 4-The Performance When the student can actually PERFORM their song...they will feel a sense of accomplishment. The popular songs they will learn in the first weeks at EMS are easy to master, so the confidence level immediately starts to build! Within a week or two, they will be joining up with other students and rehearsing the songs they've learned together in their one hour ROCK BASICS program. Our group leader may also choose to accompany a student if they have learned a song on their own.
