Lynne and Paul have been married for over 2 decades and during that time, have nurtured The Electric Chair Salon and watched it grow from a 3-chair shop to a bustling 15 chair mega-salon. In 1998 they opened Primitve Kool Gallery, selling outsider art for the past 12 years. Now semi-retired from doing hair, they both opened Electric Music Studios as a "labor of love."
A music fanatic since birth Paul starting playing guitar after hearing Jimi Hendrix’s version of Hey Joe in 1967. After playing in numerous rock bands Paul’s main passion/forte is The Rolling Stones. For the last 23 years he has played the role of Keith Richards in Dead Flowers “A Rolling Stones Tribute”. He also released a solo album which is available on I- Tunes. His other passion is being a Dad watching his Son Dakota grow into a seasoned guitar/bass player.
Lynne has always loved music and dancing. From the days of disco to the goth clubs in the 80's, her music of choice has always been a little on the obscure side. Besides her love of music, Lynne enjoys event planning and design, painting, mentoring teenagers, and even working at a ranch one day a week. "It's my one day of solitude," she says!
Dakota, our son is a teenager, and so would not want his bio to appear here, but suffice it to say that he's quite an accomplished bass player and is currently a Studio Assistant, who also plays with our Advanced Group, Wax Figurine, and Livicated Youth Ensemble, a progressive jazz band at ARTS(A Reason To Survive).
